RSI is providing a turnkey concrete package for the new mixed-use retail, hotel, and condominium project in Austin at Sixth and Blanco Streets.

The new project is located near Lady Bird Lake and is in one of Austin’s most popular neighborhoods. RSI’s work on the building will include the three floors of the basement parking garage and the five floors above-ground of mixed-use retail, hotel, and condominiums.

The condominiums will feature private terraces, soaring timber ceilings, and an intimate cocktail pool. The hotel rooms will have custom furnishings and terraces to allow guests to enjoy the views in the neighborhood.

Landscaped common areas and terraces with views of mature trees and downtown Austin will highlight the carefully curated shops and restaurants on the first and second floors and will help create a pedestrian network across the 2.5 acres of the project’s site.

The five above-ground floors are a combination of mass timber and concrete; RSI expects to pour 14,410 cubic yards of concrete and use 1431 tons of rebar and 124,900 pounds of post-tensioning for the concrete portion of the new building.
