Project Update: ONE Tampa Condominiums

RSI’s work continues on a turnkey concrete package for the new ONE Tampa residences in downtown Tampa.

To date, RSI has poured 24,036 cubic yards of concrete and installed approximately 3,240 tons of rebar using the self-climbing shear wall forming system that RSI previously installed. As of this writing, RSI has completed Level 18 of the new building.

RSI is looking forward to continuing working with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on this exciting new project.
