RSI recently completed a turnkey concrete package for the new MetWest apartment building in Tampa.

RSI completed its work two weeks early, despite 18 days of hurricane and weather delays. RSI poured 28,654 cubic yards of concrete for the project.

RSI’s work included 7 pours per floor, a sunset deck on Level 8, a 6-story parking garage with 627 parking spots, an amenities/pool deck above the parking garage on level seven, and 39 sheer walls. The footprint of the new building is 89,710 square feet.

MetWest is located across from International Plaza and about a mile from both Raymond James Stadium and Tampa International Airport.
