News » Project Top Out: South Flagler House
RSI has topped out the majority of its work on a turnkey concrete package for the new South Flagler House condominiums in West Palm Beach.
To date, RSI poured 54,100 cubic yards of concrete and used 6,700 tons of rebar and 724,000 pounds of post-tensioning.
RSI’s remaining work on the project continues with the new automated parking area, with 27,000 square feet of concrete poured to date.
The 28-story building will have 108 units with views of Lake Worth Lagoon, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities will include a catering kitchen, game room, library, media room, fitness center, pickleball court and lounge, golf simulator, hot tub and pool, children’s playroom, and outdoor terrace.
RSI enjoyed working with the general contractor, Coastal Construction, on this exciting new project.
