RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the new Shorecrest Condominium project in West Palm Beach.

Located on two acres of waterfront property on North Flagler Drive and committed to LEED Gold Certification, the new 28-story, 100-unit residential tower will feature waterfront views, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and resort-style amenities.

The amenities will include a rooftop pool, yoga studio, fitness center, golf simulator, and a spa that includes a steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, and treatment rooms. The adjoining 5-story parking deck will provide ample parking, with more than two spaces per unit planned.
