RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the new 1755 JFK Causeway Condominiums project in North Bay Village, located between Miami and Miami Beach.
The 38-story residential tower will feature 198 residences. Located directly on the waterfront, the new development will feature a promenade that connects to the North Bay Village Island Walk, a marina, residences with private terraces, and 60,000 square feet of amenities across four levels.
Amenities include two pools, a dining pavilion, yoga studio, golf simulator, lounge, dog park and pet spa, and a 24/7 market.
