RSI recently topped out a turnkey concrete package for the new Nexo Residences in North Miami Beach.

RSI poured 24,000 cubic yards of concrete and used 2,800 tons of rebar and 502,000 pounds of post tension cables for the concrete portion of the new building. At the peak, RSI had a crew of 124 working on the 17-story condominium.

The finished building will have 254 fully furnished units, a 5-story parking garage, and a 3-story lobby with a café. Amenities will include a pool deck and jacuzzi, three summer kitchens, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a playground, a club room, an outdoor movie theater, and a rooftop deck.
