RSI has completed a turnkey concrete package for the new Ritz Residences II in Sarasota, from foundation through rooftop. Featured in the photo is Bob Moss of Moss & Associates and the RSI Ritz Residences II crew.

RSI poured 32,000 cubic yards of concrete, used 2800 tons of rebar, and placed 820,000 pounds of post tension in the new 78-unit luxury condominium building. The building features homes from 3,500 square feet to approximately 6,000 square feet, with 12- and 13-foot ceilings and terraces with panoramic views. 

RSI previously worked with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on the first Ritz Residences building and enjoyed working with them again on the Ritz Residences II.
