News » St. Leo University’s New Academic Building Tops Out

On October 31st, Creative Contractors and the entire project team celebrated the topping out of the new academic building at St. Leo University.  Creative provided a great lunch for the workers as a show of appreciation for all the hard work and effort put forth on what has been a fast-paced and smooth-running project.

Before lunch, the final “top” beam - adorned with the traditional pine tree and American flag - was flown into place and set. A unique twist was added to this tradition as students, faculty and workers were allowed to sign the beam and add encouraging messages.

A big shout-out and thank you to Creative Contractors!  It was a great day for the workers, the project team, the owners and everyone involved.
