RSI recently topped out the concrete package for the new Aqua at Westshore Yacht Club condominium project.
RSI poured 17,900 cubic yards of concrete and installed 508,000 pounds of post tension and 1,025 tons of rebar for the project to date. This building is Phase 1 of the 3-phase project.
The new residences are designed to maximize the enjoyment of breathtaking views, including expansive balconies. Amenities in the new building will include a rooftop pool, bay-view fitness center, a residents’ lounge, a sports lounge, an executive center, a golf simulator, and a marina.
RSI was thrilled to be working again with general contractor Coastal Construction on this exciting new project.
