RSI has begun a full-service, turnkey concrete package for the new Ritz Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay from foundation through rooftop.
To date, RSI has poured 7,138 cubic yards of concrete, including 443 cubic yards for slab on grade, 989 cubic yards for vertical, and 1,692 cubic yards for the elevated deck of the new 78-unit luxury condominium building.
RSI previously worked with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on the first Ritz Carlton Residences building and is looking forward to working with them again on this exciting new phase of the project.
