RSI has begun a turnkey concrete package for the new ONE Tampa residences in downtown Tampa.
RSI completed the Crane Pad in early January 2025, and has begun a soft start for the north and west pile caps for completion in early April, prior to the contract start date of May 2, 2025.
To date, RSI has placed 162 cubic yards of concrete and 20 tons of rebar.
RSI is looking forward to working with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on this exciting new project
