RSI has begun a full-service, turnkey concrete package for the new Ritz Residences II in Sarasota, from foundation through rooftop.

The 78-unit luxury condominium building will feature homes from 3,500 square feet to approximately 6,000 square feet, with 12- and 13-foot ceilings and terraces with panoramic views. 

To date, RSI has poured 5,237 cubic yards of concrete, including 3,527 cubic yards for the foundation and 590 cubic yards for an elevated deck.

RSI previously worked with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on the first Ritz Residences building and is looking forward to working with them again on this exciting new phase of the project.
