RSI has begun a turnkey concrete package for the new MetWest apartment building in Tampa.
The new 8-story luxury apartment building will be part of a mixed-use complex that also contains office space, 3000 square feet of retail, a speakeasy-style lounge, and a 6-story parking garage.
MetWest Residences will be across from International Plaza and about a mile from both Raymond James Stadium and Tampa International Airport.
To date, RSI has poured 3,000 cubic yards of concrete and installed 260 tons of steel. The foundation is 69 percent completed.
RSI is looking forward to working with the general contractor, Verdex Construction, on this exciting new project.
