RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the recently topped-out Art House St. Petersburg condominium project and is proud to announce that Project Superintendent Cesar Villeda received Coastal Construction’s first ever MVP award for his contributions to the new building:

“This Award is to recognize the commitment and passion Cesar has shown towards our project from day one. His dedication to the success of the project became apparent as the project progressed, gaining him respect amongst his peers. He accomplishes everything that’s asked of him, which is rare and seldom seen in our industry. He always finds solutions to issues while maintaining a quality product and delivering on time. He’s one of the first on-site and one of the last to leave, displaying a positive attitude and always has a smile on his face.

We are all very proud of his monumental accomplishments and privileged to have had such a good man, co-worker, father figure, and friend as part of this team, as well as a leader in RSI’s organization.

Coastal is pleased to present to you the first ever “MVP Award” for the Art House Project.”

The completed building is 977,000 square feet, with 42 stories and 244 units. The luxury units feature floor-to-ceiling glass and views of the city skyline and Tampa Bay. Residents will enjoy resort-style living, including a pool, club room, game, and theater.

RSI worked with the general contractor, Coastal Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of this exciting project.
