“In spite of numerous engineering challenges, the building progressed nicely,” said Miguel Tellez, RSI’s President. “We’ve really enjoyed working with Tandem Construction on this project.”
Jeff Lynn, RSI’s Project Manager, added “Tandem is a real team-player and things would not have gone as smoothly without everyone pulling together.”
RSI provided a turnkey package for the new 5-story post-tensioned concrete structure and coordinated closely with Tandem Construction, based in Sarasota, to ensure on time and within budget completion.
