News » RSI providing turnkey concrete for new Miami Beach Surfstyle project

RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package, including Class A finish exposed concrete, for the new 43,200 square-foot Surfstyle parking garage and retail space at 1155 Collins Avenue, just 1 block west of Miami Beach in the heart of South Beach.

The new building includes a valet only parking garage that will use stackable car lifts to maximize vehicle occupancy, bringing many much-needed spaces to the area and replacing the prior ground-level parking lot.

RSI will work closely with general contractor Cuesta Construction, which is also heading the nearby historic Tides Hotel expansion, to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
