RSI is providing a turnkey concrete package from foundations through roof for the new Starwood Capital Group headquarters.
Work on the project has begun. A total of 136,342 square feet of office space is being built, along with 305 parking spaces. In total 8,088 square feet of retail space is planned.
RSI is working closely with the general contractor, Coastal Construction/Brodson Construction Joint Venture, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
