RSI has begun work on a turnkey concrete package for the new Shorecrest Condominium project in West Palm Beach.
As of this writing, RSI has poured 3,395 cubic yards of concrete; 28,000 square feet of elevated decks; and 1,700 cubic yards of mat foundation.
Located on two acres of waterfront property on North Flagler Drive and committed to LEED Gold Certification, the new 28-story, 100-unit residential tower will feature waterfront views, seamless indoor-outdoor living, resort-style amenities, and an adjoining 5-story parking deck.
RSI is enjoying working with Coastal Construction on this exciting new project.
