RSI has begun its work on a turnkey concrete package from foundation through rooftop for the new St. Regis Longboat Key Resort and Residences.
RSI is working on the three six-story Residences, which will have 69 luxury condominiums, as well as a massive podium level which serves as the amenities level and cover for residence parking.
RSI is working with Moss & Associates on this prestigious project.
