RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the new Fairfield Inn and Suites on Clearwater Beach.
The new hotel is a 6-story building with a 102 rooms and a total area of 113,323 square feet. Located on the corner of Poinsettia Avenue and Bay Esplanade, the new hotel offers easy access to Clearwater Beach.
RSI worked closely with the general contractor, Creative Contractors, to ensure on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the work.
