RSI completed the roof pour and top-out for the Edgewater Beach Resort on Treasure Island.

As indicated in the photos, RSI’s work will continue on the amenities level of the project. Moss & Associates, the general contractor, chose to complete the tower portion of the project first and to have RSI fall back to complete the amenities deck on the second level. That allowed subsequent work such as stucco, painting, interior finishes, etc., to take place on the tower.

The overall building size when finished will be approximately 180,000 square feet, with about 150,000 square feet of structural, post-tensioned desks.

RSI will conclude the concrete portion of the project by the end of the year and looks forward to continuing to work closely with Moss & Associates to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
