RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the new EKOS at Pembroke Park apartment building in southeast Florida.
The new 11-story affordable senior housing building offers modern apartment homes, a clubroom, fitness center, package lockers, EV charging, and bike storage.
RSI’s 19 weeks of work on the structural concrete project included pouring 8200 cubic yards of concrete and installing 992,000 pounds of cables.
RSI enjoyed working with the general contractor, JWR Construction, on this project.
