RSI has completed work on a turnkey concrete package for the new mixed-use retail, hotel, and condominium project in Austin at Sixth and Blanco Streets.

RSI’s work on the projected combined several types of structural systems, including post-tension and conventional reinforced slabs and beams cast in place, precast beams, Glulam beams, CLT floors, and Peikko/Deltabeams.

RSI poured a total of 15,099 cubic yards of concrete, used 1,580 tons of rebar, and 138,855 pounds of post tension cables for its work on the project. It took 100,415 hours of labor to complete the RSI’s efforts on the new complex.
