RSI is on level 17 of the 21-floor, turnkey concrete package for the new Ritz Residences II in Sarasota, from foundation through rooftop.
To date, RSI has poured 25,082 cubic yards of concrete, including 1,114 cubic yards for slab on grade, 6,016 cubic yards for vertical, and 13,341 cubic yards for the elevated deck of the new 78-unit luxury condominium building.
RSI previously worked with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on the first Ritz Residences building and is looking forward to topping out Ritz Residences II by the end of the year.
