RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the Phillips Point Renovation project in West Palm Beach.

The 40-year-old Phillips Point complex has long been an important part of the West Palm Beach waterfront. The revitalization project includes adding an arcade to the 90-percent occupied building to blend its rich history with a forward-thinking vision connecting work and leisure.

RSI’s work will include renovating the existing ground floor by adding spread footings, slab on grade, short columns, and multiple curbs, walls, and topping slabs.

RSI is looking forward to working with the general contractor, PB South Construction, on the opportunity to enhance this iconic building.
