News » Project awarded: AC Hotel and Moxy Tampa Downtown

RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the new AC Hotel and Moxy by Marriott in downtown Tampa.

The new 13-story, 310-room project is a dual-branded hotel at 111 N. Meridian Avenue in Tampa’s Channelside District, with 175 AC Hotel rooms and 135 Moxy rooms.

The hotel will be walking distance to Water Street, Port Tampa Bay, Benchmark International Arena, Sparkman Wharf, The Florida Aquarium, and the Tampa Convention Center.

The new structure will include 10,500 square feet of retail space, a rooftop restaurant and bar, a 5th-floor pool deck, and about 6,500 square feet of event space.
