RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the new Riverside Wharf complex in downtown Miami.

Based along the Miami River, the new 9-story, $350 million project will feature the Dream Hotel, a deep-water marina, and numerous food, beverage, and entertainment venues including a 30,000 square-foot nightclub and a Vegas-style rooftop pool and dayclub. A 12,000 square-foot event hall and 16,000 square feet of signature restaurants, including the rebirth of The Wharf Miami, will also draw in a variety of visitors to the Miami River District.

RSI is excited to be working with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, on this terrific new project.
