News » RSI to Provide Top-to-Bottom Turnkey Concrete for One Palm
The One Palm 10-story mixed-use building is the first new downtown Sarasota hotel since 2007. RSI will provide 260,000 square feet of post-tensioned deck for the 139-room hotel and 141-unit luxury apartment complex.
Immediately adjacent to the building will be a parking garage, where RSI will add approximately 60,000 square feet of concrete on metal decks. RSI will coordinate closely with the general contractor for the project, Kellogg & Kimsey, to provide within-budget and on-time completion of the turnkey commercial concrete in 30 weeks.
Designed by Hoyt Architects, the amenities of the new structure will include a private courtyard accessed through the hotel lobby and a first-class amenities deck for residents and their guests. Apartment residents will enjoy a secure private drop off and entry along Palm Avenue, with a lobby that includes a cybercafé and meeting room for residents.
