News » RSI Providing Turnkey Concrete for Infinity on Longboat Key

RSI has been awarded a contract for the Infinity Condominium on Longboat Key and will be providing turnkey concrete work for all the building concrete.

The 5-story post-tensioned concrete structure will contain 11 beachfront condominiums that will sell for $2,975,000 to $4,950,000. The luxury complex will include a swimming pool, sun terrace with outdoor entertainment area, private clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis court.

RSI’s work will begin in March and will take 6 months to complete.

RSI will coordinate closely with Tandem Construction, based in Sarasota, to ensure on-time and within budget completion.
