News » RSI is slated to pour elevated deck of four star hotel in South Tampa

Slated to open in the fall of 2013, the Epicurean Hotel will be comprised of 137 guest rooms. The hotel’s features include a restaurant and wine bar, a retail wine shop, a bakery, full service spa, health club, swimming pool with cabanas, a second floor open-air special events area, rooftop lounge and flexible function space.

The hotel, located directly across the street from the iconic Bern’s Steak House, will also feature a demonstration kitchen that will be home to the Bern Laxer School of Food and Wine.

RSI is providing all concrete work for the project, which includes 110,000 square feet of post-tensioned deck.
