News » RSI Guesthouse Hotel Project Update
RSI is providing all the concrete work for the 10-story post-tensioned structural deck system for the hotel and adjacent parking garage on South Gulfview Boulevard on Clearwater Beach. Currently, levels 1-7 are complete, with the project top-out anticipated by the end of March, perhaps sooner.
The finished hotel will be just under 400,000 total square feet, with about 350,000 structural, post-tensioned decks, and will take 8 months to complete.
RSI is working closely with the general contractor for the project, Wichman Construction, to ensure on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the work.
