News » Project Update: Selene Oceanfront Residences Ft. Lauderdale
RSI has begun its work on a turnkey concrete package from foundation through rooftop for the new Selene oceanfront towers in Ft. Lauderdale by pouring 1910 cubic yards of concrete in the building core mat foundation.
The two new towers will be 26 stories each with direct access to the renowned Las Olas Beach for a total of 196 luxury residences with great views and resort-style amenities.
RSI is working with the general contractor, Coastal Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
