RSI is continuing its work on the new Hyde Park House luxury condominium project in Tampa and is providing a turnkey concrete package from foundations through roof for the new structure.
RSI’s work on the project features architectural beams and a crown parapet, and so far RSI has installed 1700 tons of steel, poured 16,000 cubic yards of concrete, and installed 362,000 pounds of post-tensioning as part of its work on the new structure.
RSI is working closely with the general contractor, Kast Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
