RSI provided a turnkey concrete package, including all concrete work from foundations through roof, for the new Hampton Inn/Home2 Suites at Channelside.
The new hotel is nine stories with 213 rooms and located at 1155 East Kennedy Boulevard on a previously vacant acre of land.
The dual-branded hotel will target both business and leisure travelers, with a work station and a full kitchen in the rooms.
RSI worked closely with Wichman Construction, the general contractor of the project, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
