News » Progress Report: Water Street Block H Tampa
RSI is providing a turnkey concrete package from foundations through roof for Block H of the downtown Tampa Water Street project.
RSI is currently on level 11 of the new 24-floor structure and to date has poured about 10,236 cubic yards of concrete, installed 141,800 pounds of post-tensioning, and used 924 tons of rebar (more than 1.8 million pounds).
Block H is part of Strategic Property Partners’ (SPP) $3 billion Water Street project in downtown Tampa. Investors in the project include Bill Gates and Jeff Vinik, the owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
RSI is working closely with the general contractor, Moss & Associates, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
