News » RSI Tops Out Mark Sarasota Condominium Project
RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the new Mark Sarasota condominium building and recently poured the upper-most level of the project.
The structure is a 12-story, mixed-use development in downtown Sarasota and is the Kolter group’s third residential development in the area. The new building is within walking distance of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, the Asolo Theatre and other cultural and entertainment venues.
RSI worked closely with Kast Construction, the general contractor of the project, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the new building
