News » RSI Awarded The Lodge Hotel at IMG in Bradenton

RSI is providing turnkey concrete services from foundations through post-tension decks for the Lodge Hotel at the IMG Sports Academy in Bradenton.

Work will begin in September on the $13.3 million, 150-room, 5-story building that will be located adjacent to the IMG campus. Each year, IMG attracts approximately 30,000 athletes from 100 countries.

The new hotel will be on 8 acres of a recently purchased 19-acre tract of land. The remainder of the new land will be used for athletic fields and related structures.

RSI looks forward to working with Tandem Construction for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
