RSI provided a turnkey concrete package for the newly completed construction on Arte, Surfside’s newest beach front tower.
Arte is a 12-story beach front tower with a total of 16 units, each at least 5,500 square feet. The new building also has an air-conditioned a 3-story parking garage, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and a tennis court on the top level.
RSI also participated in building various structural landscape elements in both structures.
Working with Kobi Karp, this was architect Antonio Citterio’s first project in the US. RSI worked closely with Americaribe Moriarty JV, the general contractor, to ensure on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
