RSI will be providing a turnkey concrete package, including all concrete work from foundations through roof, for the new Hampton Inn/Home2 Suites at Channelside.

The new hotel will be nine stories with 213 rooms and will be located at 1155 East Kennedy Boulevard on a previously vacant acre of land and two blocks from a new Publix store that is currently under construction

The dual-branded hotel will target both business and leisure travelers, with a work station and a full kitchen in the rooms.

RSI looks forward to working with Wichman Construction, the general contractor of the project, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
