News » Project Update: Selene Oceanfront Residences Ft. Lauderdale
RSI’s work on a turnkey concrete package for the new Selene oceanfront towers in Ft. Lauderdale continues, with the foundation nearing completion and the vertical work on the structure beginning.
As of this writing RSI has placed 15,300 cubic yards of concrete and is on level 4 on the East Tower and level 1.5 on the South Tower.
The two new towers will be 26 stories each with direct access to the renowned Las Olas Beach for a total of 196 luxury residences with great views and resort-style amenities.
RSI is working with the general contractor Coastal Construction on this exciting and prestigious project.
