Project Update: Sage Longboat Key Condominium

RSI has started work on a turnkey concrete package from foundation through rooftop for the new Sage Longboat Key condominium project.

To date, RSI has poured 39,800 cubic yards of concrete, used 320 tons of steel, and installed 145,000 pounds of post-tensioning for its work on the new building.

RSI is working closely with the general contractor, John Moriarty & Associates, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
