RSI’s work is winding down on the turnkey concrete package for the new Belpointe Towers St. Petersburg apartment project at 1000 1st Ave. N. in St. Petersburg’s EDGE District.
RSI topped-out the west tower on 04-15-24 and we topped-out the east tower on 05-06-24. The west tower topped-out on schedule and the east tower topped-out 10 days ahead of schedule. Our work now consists of punch-out work and miscellaneous secondary-pour items.
As of the date of this writing, RSI has installed 1,917 tons of rebar and 366 tons of post-tension cable. RSI has poured 28,000 cubic yards of concrete and invested 221,000 work hours into the project.
RSI is working with the general contractor, JE Dunn Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of this exciting new project.
