RSI is providing a turnkey concrete package from foundation through rooftop for the new Selene oceanfront towers in Ft. Lauderdale. 

The two new towers will be 26 stories each with direct access to the renowned Las Olas Beach. The 196 residences will include private terraces with glass railings and spectacular Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal, and city skyline views. Resort-style amenities, including 5300 square feet of restaurant space at the base of the building, concierge service, a social room, a pool and spa, and a theater room will provide a luxury experience for residents and their guests.

RSI is working with the general contractor, Coastal Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
