RSI is providing a turnkey concrete package for the new Aqua at Westshore Yacht Club condominium project.

Phase 1 of the 3-phase project is a 17-floor building featuring 77 residences with two penthouse units. The building has no hallways; the units will each have direct-access elevators that open into each unit’s private foyer. The residences are designed to maximize the enjoyment of breathtaking views, including expansive balconies.

Amenities in the new building include a rooftop pool, bay-view fitness center, a residents’ lounge, a sports lounge, an executive center, a golf simulator, and a marina.

RSI’s work on Phase 1 will include 17 elevated concrete slabs, an amenity deck on level 3, and a jack slab on level 17.

RSI is thrilled to be working again with general contractor Coastal Construction on this exciting new project.
