News » RSI awarded Hyatt Hotel project
RSI has been awarded the Hyatt Hotel in St. Petersburg and will be providing a turnkey concrete package for the 174-room, 12-story structure, with 17,000 square feet of retail space.
The Kolter Group is developing the hotel as part of a $200 million retail-condo project, located just a few blocks from the waterfront between Central Avenue and First Avenue N and First and Second Streets. This will be only the 3rd Hyatt Hotel in the Tampa Bay area.
RSI is slated to start work on April 25th, with a project duration of approximately 7 months. RSI will work closely with the general contractor for the project, Kast Construction, to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
