News » Project Update: Hyde Park House Tampa
RSI has begun work on the new Hyde Park House luxury condominium project in Tampa and is providing a turnkey concrete package from foundations through roof for the new structure.
The new building will be approximately 350,000 square feet with about 16,000 cubic yards of concrete. Estimated time for completion is one year, and RSI recently completed the first pour of level eight.
RSI is working closely with the general contractor, Kast Construction, for on-time and within-budget completion of the concrete portion of the project.
