Reinforced Structures, Inc. (RSI) commercial concrete subcontractors in the Tampa Bay area recently provided all the commercial concrete work for the newly completely Westminster Shores, an adult living facility just steps from the shores of Tampa Bay in St. Petesburg’s Bahama Shores neighborhood. This commercial construction project is a five-story building and is the newest addition to the 26-acre campus.

RSI provided full-service, high-quality turnkey concrete work for the Westminster Shores project,  from pile caps and grade beams through the post-tensioned roof slab.  The building consists of almost 90,000 square feet of space and includes approximately 70,000 square feet of post-tensioned deck.  RSI topped-out the concrete structure by pouring the roof slabs and completed the project with concrete cast-in-place stairs and the slab-on-grade.

RSI completed this commercial concrete project on time, within budget, and safely, making the project efficient and easy for the general contractor.  We accomplished this with a relentless commitment to planning. By updating our three-week look-ahead schedule each week, RSI planned our work to ensure complete coordination with our GC’s needs. By working as part of the general contractor’s team, we were able to provide high-quality commercial concrete that met the specifications of the project and stayed within the project budget.
