The Finale at Sand Key in Clearwater on Sand Key Beach is a new seven story 23 unit condominium complex. RSI recently finished pouring the concrete for the commercial project, completing the concrete structures on the property according to the specs provided by the architect. We created a 7-story cast-in-place structure with post-tensioned decks using 5000 pounds-per-square-inch concrete and provided all materials, equipment, and labor to build the job.
