This is a six-story, 120,000 square-foot assisted living facility & one-story cast-in-place parking garage.

RSI was responsible for the pile caps, columns, shear walls & decks. Columns mounted form tables were utilized for 8” thick decks. The use of this system allowed the masonry to follow 2 stories behind the decks, therefore helping the contractor meet their tight schedule.
